Instructions for Use

As a dietary supplement, take Latarum®  probiotic morning and night, in combination with a diet containing coffee or apple products, or alternatively a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. 

Take Latarum® twice each day, morning and night, for best results. Latarum® is a plant bacteria not adapted to living in the digestive tract. Therefore, it needs to be replenished regularly. To generate Nrf2 activator, Latarum® needs a dietary source of caffeic acid. Important: Latarum® is not recommended for cancer patients undergoing chemo- or radiation therapies

Because the Nrf2 Cell Defense Pathway neutralizes a variety of harmful toxins, including some chemotherapeutic agents, Latarum® should not be taken by cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy (2). Similarly, because Nrf2 protects from radiation damage (3), Latarum® should not be taken by patients undergoing radiation therapies.*
